Finally I am not mad or dreaming!!! I knew something wasn’t right I swear I didn’t know a day like this will come where I’d call any brand out 😔🤦🏽‍♂️ For months now I’ve been experiencing this, but let me give a little back story before speaking on the one that happened today (at the time of typing this)… Ending of last year, I bought 75GB and I didn’t use it finish because I use starlink to browse. I only buy data on my MTN line so when I’m not home, I can use the internet. Mind you, most times my data rollover cause I don’t get to use it all. So at the time, I had over 100 and something GB left on my line. I was about driving out, so I decided to gift (share) data to someone, I shared 5GB so I refreshed myMTN app to check my data to know how much I have left… the app logged me out and refused to open. I said no wahala, it could be network. So I drove out Evening of that day I check I saw I had 60 something GB left. I’m like what’s going on. How come? Only to use Google map? No wahala sha. I was hope at this point, so there was no need to leave my data on since I have my starlink internet running at home. The the next morning, trust Nigeria na (the took the light) so I turned my internet on, nothing was working. Omo I kept wondering why network was bad. I now check my data. I saw it was wiped. Like everything like something I just bought few days has finished how 😳😳 i decided to call customer care ASAP. They said they’ve filed a complain, I should call back in 24hours, I was like no wahala. So I decided to buy like 3.5GB so I can work. Omo fast forward ( @MTNNG didn’t refund me till today) Now today, own as you can see with the images I’d attache below. I bought my usual 75GB (18k naira) you see it’s meant to expire on the 26th of May… lady’s and gentlemen I just found out my data has finished even after turning off and restricting a lot of apps. Like I turn the apps on when I want to use them. I don’t just allow it run if I’m not using it… I was trying to round up my work since I’m not home at the moment to use my WiFi. I bought 500mb so it can allow me have access to myMTN app so I’d buy my data. Brothers and sisters, I bought the 500mb my MTN app did not even load and boom data has finished… How ?? Abeg @MTNNG what’s happening? My bro had to share me 2GB so I can even join my WhatsApp meeting. It’s annoying I have gotten 500mb almost 3-4 times from last night till the time of posting this. I won’t be surprised this won’t upload at the time I’m typing this 4AM 🤦🏽‍♂️ I am tired of calling your customer care line @MTNNG
