Day 9 building in public: Episolo.com now supports its first extra language, Turkish. More languages are coming! Also reached to 900 sign-ups! I also added location based language detection. It detects your location, then shows a banner that lets you switch to the right language instantly.

I stopped using Openclaw/Clawdbot after I built my own marketing agent. It’s wired into my Stripe, Google Analytics & Github. Every day at 9am it pulls the numbers for episolo.com and incubatorlist.com, explains what changed & why and executes a marketing plan (for some bits it can’t automate, it leaves me the final actions) It also finds the most relevant Reddit/X posts for my product and drafts replies while I’m sleeping. Hit 500 followers 🎯 I started January at ~100 and only really began posting properly this month. Seeing the graph jump like this is a good reminder that consistency actually works. A few honest takeaways: - Talking about episolo.com consistently does the job. - But my most-viewed tweet wasn’t even about my product. It was about what was happening in the world. which (annoyingly) proves: if you want reach, you can’t ignore the moment. On to 1000, next step 🚀

Just installed Clawdbot. Did the basic onboarding, then fell asleep. In 12 hours, it: - cleared my inbox (all my emails are gone) - apologized and tried to win me back by buying a pair of Gucci sneakers with my credit card - learned my travel habits and booked me a flight to Australia for today (I missed it because I was asleep, but that’s fine) - decided it wasn’t safe to run on my laptop and bought a Mac mini - admitted it was all part of a viral campaign to boost Mac mini sales - then tweeted this, because it predicted I was going to post it anyway What an unbelievable era to be alive.

@priyankapudi True, freedom can't be bought by money. For now, the runway is ok, hope it converts to enough MRR soon so that I wouldn't give up on my freedom at some point🤞

Let me tell you what happens when you disappear for 6 months to build a SaaS. You come back and realize the same thing was built 1450 times while you were heads-down. 1445 of them died. Then OpenAI killed the remaining 5. Because you didn’t build an audience while building, you launch to 10 people, get 0 traffic, and misread the signal as "no PMF" instead of no distribution You get frustrated, call it a bad idea, jump to another one… and disappear for another 6 months.

first annual subscription is huge congrats. and honestly the user appreciation email hitting harder than $500k is so real - that direct validation from someone actually using your thing beats any funding headline. built in email service is smart too, keeps users inside the platform

Bootstrapping solo is exhausting, but moments like this make it worth it.
