@Sauronlordking Mabo happened because Joh Bjelke Petersen was an arrogant, ignorant fool.
He was a crook too. But that’s another story.
English

An 1836 NSW court decision declared that aboriginals were too few and too ill organised to be considered to be free and independent tribes who owned the land they lived on. The government declared all Australia to be crown land, thus settling the argument that Aboriginals had any prior territorial rights by virtue of prior occupation.
But here we are, over 60 per cent of Australia under native title. All thanks to the treacherous anti Australian Labor party.

These dills don’t get it.
If we run out of diesel, or Navy can’t put to sea, our farmers can’t harvest crops, and our trucks can’t transport food to the city supermarkets.

@DrewPavlou @AStarcitizen ATM BRS is innocent. A jury may confirm that innocence.
BRS stands accused of criminal acts because of evidence brought to light in a legal proceeding that he initiated.

BEN ROBERTS-SMITH IS INNOCENT

@bootyz333 @markje4 @nknoxy12 @strangerous10 The Australian taxpayer wasted $9b on the Afghanistan fiasco.
The brutishness of a few of our soldiers helped to turn Afghans against that expensive mission – a humiliating failure.
The cost of identifying the criminals and punishing them is petty cash.
English

@markje4 @nknoxy12 @strangerous10 You think $5m per investigation on average to investigate veterans is good use of tax payer dollars?

@SydCrafty @JuicyGeeDog @r3tarddownunder Do you have any evidence of the existence of this conspiracy?
English

Judges are corrupt as hell. My goodness, you are naive! If Roberts, a Victoria Cross war hero, was incredibly well-spoken, a complete Australian patriot, and interviewed perfectly, he would have gone into politics. Everyone—including the immigrants—would have fallen in love with him. He was going straight to the top, he was going to be our Prime Minister.
He was obviously pinged by foreign agents who rape Australia of our natural resources, and he was corruptly taken out. Criminal syndicates are everywhere; they are evil, well-connected, and buy judges and politicians all the time.
English

@SydCrafty @r3tarddownunder The appellate court ruled that in direct testimony in the original trial Person 24 corroborated Person 14’s testimony.
The appellate court found that BRS’s counsel had every opportunity to discredit their testimony, but failed.
English

There were at least five other people who testified in favor of Roberts and against Person 14, but the Justice dismissed all those accounts due to confusion about which Afghan commander they had with them. It wasn't even about the actual testimony. Plus, the Afghan commander wasn't even asked in the defamation case whether Roberts gave him a kill order. Person 14 only saw Roberts speak; they didn't hear what was said. So why didn't they just get to the bottom of it right there and then?
The Justice systematically dismissed multiple testimonies on a technicality and then didn't even ask the one person Roberts spoke to what was said. Then, the Justice sentenced against Roberts, saying he gave a kill order based on the observation of Person 14 against all the other testimonies. That's complete kangaroo court semantics
English

@SydCrafty @JuicyGeeDog @r3tarddownunder The ABC and Channel 9 have both lost many defamation cases. In the BRS matter three courts exonerated them.
Why would eminent judges pervert justice?
English

Yet I find heaps of fault, and just wait—we have access to these records. People are going to find out more.
Australia is famous for kangaroo courts for a good reason; it’s systematic.
A Victoria Cross hero painted as a serial killer years after he retired because of an ABC hit job? We aren’t going to put up with it.😈
English

@SydCrafty @JuicyGeeDog @r3tarddownunder A federal bench and the High Court found no fault in Besanko’s verdict.
English

Roberts was retired for four years and had an exemplary record. Then, someone from the ABC wrote a book in 2017, which is what kicked off the rumours. The media started squawking, and that’s when he took them to court, but he ended up getting shafted. The Justice didn’t seem to give him a fair go. This was all started by the ABC hacks again—they keep going after our brave military. Why? The ABC is government-funded, and they keep destroying our defence forces.
We need to protect our brave soldiers from the bloody ABC!
English

@SydCrafty @r3tarddownunder Presumably Person 14 will be required to testify in the impending trial. A jury can weigh the persuasiveness of his testimony against a standard of reasonable doubt. That’s a tougher test than balance of probabilities.
English

It’s a stitch-up... I looked at one of the charges today and it’s absolute bullshit. The Justice used small discrepancies to character assassinate Roberts and disregard his statement over just 'Person 14' accusing him—even though the entire unit, plus an interpreter and Afghan commander, were present. No one else backs up Person 14’s claims that Roberts gave a kill order.
That is one of the murder charges. I haven’t gone through the rest yet, but I’m going to start pulling them apart this weekend. It all started with an ABC journalist... how can they be trusted after the 'children overboard' saga? The ABC are hacks.
Free- Ben Roberts-Smith!

@TheBritishIntel In 1982 Chile provided significant intelligence and logistical support to the UK. Without that support the Falklands are toast.
English

🚨 CHILE SIDES WITH ARGENTINA ON THE FALKLANDS
Chile has officially declared its support for Argentina’s claim over the Falkland Islands.
This came in a joint statement after a meeting between the two countries’ leaders.
The Falklands are British territory - defended with British blood in 1982.
Now more countries are openly testing us because they sense weakness in London.
Britain must make it crystal clear:
The Falklands are ours and will remain ours forever.
