STEALTH MINT LAUNCHED AND MINTING NOW: opensea.io/collection/ham… Here's everything you need to know before minting Hammies 👇 The whole point of the experiment is to bring back stealth mints and prevent botters from swallowing up the whole supply of public mints. The goal is to create a level playing field where being early is the only real "alpha" you need. Here is a deeper breakdown of how this steps should work to fight back against the current bot heavy meta: 1.Unannounced Mint In a typical drop, founders announce a specific date and time in advance. This gives bots a clear target and time to pre set their scripts and be ready to loot up the entire supply in milliseconds. By not announcing the mint time, we remove the bot's advantage of predictability. The mint opens randomly and only those who are actively monitoring the community and the site get the chance to mint, this way Instead of one botter walking away with 500 pieces, 500 real people walk away with one piece each. 2. Bot Tax (Insignificant Gas Fees) fees creates disinterest for Botters, By introducing even a small, mandatory fee, the cost of botting at scale becomes a drain on their resources. For the average collector, the fee is negligible as it is less than the price of a cup of coffee. But for a botter trying to automate 100 wallets, that cost multiplies into a significant loss if they fail to flip the assets immediately. This bot tax also works in Filtering out Paperhands who mint only to sell for a 5% profit ten minutes later, crashing the floor price. A small fee forces intent. If you aren't willing to pay a tiny fee to own the art, you probably aren't there for the long term vibes. It doesn't matter if you have 100 ETH or 0.1 ETH in your wallet. If you aren't there when the gate opens, you don't get in. Botters have become a plague to the art of public mint, this collection is an experiment to show possible ways founders can curb them. MINT HERE: opensea.io/collection/ham…

LESS THAN 5 HOURS!
Hammies@p0se1d

SECOND STEALTH MINT LAUNCHING IN LESS THAN 12 HOURS! Over the course of this month, we'll be dropping 10 different stealth mints, here's the second so you are early. We know the first one went off with a good start but along the line, some errors and mistakes were made which we took accountability for, so we took time to regroup and will be running 10 different stealth mints between this month in which we hope to give back to the community (especially our first collection minters). The whole point of the experiment is to bring back stealth mints and prevent botters from swallowing up the whole supply of public mints. Hammies is an experiment to bring back Stealth Mints, a raw, community first approach where timing, real human engagement, beats scripts and codes. The goal is to create a level playing field where being early is the only real alpha you need. Here is a deeper breakdown of how this steps should work to fight back against the current bot heavy meta: 1.Unannounced Mint In a typical drop, founders announce a specific date and time in advance. Good morning, very early this morning while waiting for the reveal and our collection hidden issue being fixed I was reached out to by @AzogdDefiler_ via comments claiming the reveal issue wasn't an error from opensea but from my part and that he could help with the reveal, eager to get the issue fixed and carry on with building the collection, I was open to any help I could get. I sent him a DM and we were in talks, I was skeptical at first seeing his account had very few interactions but I accepted eventually because he showed me some proof of some collections he had helped with in the past and also showed me he held a couple of pollex so this assured me he only wanted to do what was best for the community. I gave him access to the deploying wallet since it had no significant amount in it( about $70 at the time) which was only pooled gas from the mint and also sent him the art, I waited a bit while he told me it was a minor issue in my metadata and that he had already started uploading it but it was a bit slow because he had "network" issues from his ends. It seemed to be taking a while and I was already very fatigued from not getting enough sleep so I decided to get some rest hoping that by the time I would be up, the upload would've been completed and would be revealed. I woke up this morning to the realization that he reopened the mint and increased the supply by 200 minting all 200 with the deploying wallet and proceeded to accept majority of the offers then sending out the proceedings to another wallet. I've sent subsequent messages but he denied having anything to do with it, after my persisting questions, he blocked me. I have been trying to salvage what i can reaching out to the collectors who supported me even before the collection was dropped but it seems the damage has already been done. I cannot deny that this was as a result of incompetence from my part with the reveal and also being naïve in trusting a stranger as I thought he was a community member that only wanted to help, I'm not trying to redirect any blames from me but rather to clarify the issue as i owe that to everyone who supported our project. if you have any thoughts on how we could salvage this, I'm open to suggestions.

creating an x chat for holders shortly, let's get this pushed to the right eyes and people together. Really bummed that we weren't able to resolve the reveal issue and the issue of our collection being hidden tonight, I've been assured it's being looked into. It's late and I'll be getting a bit of shut eye, hoping that everything is good enough by the time I'm up so we can have a smooth reveal within the next 24 hours. pollex, tell a friend to snag a piece: opensea.io/collection/pol…
