@SMARTYMobileUK just got an unlimited data SIM. Signal weak and d/l speed no higher than 10mbs. Awful and won't be renewing. #oversubscribed

@opodo has the worst customer service going. Not only did their system only book half of a trip without a reference, there is no way to talk to a human about the issue because I don't have the booking reference.

@opodo I cancelled my subscription but @opodo never send out cancellation confirmation. You then proceed to charge £59.99 to my credit card. Can you give me details how I can get a refund. #poorcustomer #service do not use @opodo
