I think today and that previous cycle high level was the beginning of bottom and people who were truly sidelined from crypto starting to nibble. Whether or not we fully bottom here, I don't know, we may die again and head to $65K and lower, but surely buying $69K BTC cannot age wrong over a long period of time. Remember that most people don't have time to be on CT all day long or watch positions, most people just buy what they can and wait.
