@Uncleslammy @LasVegasLocally The M and south point could use a boost with something there. Between the hyper train station actress from the bells mall and mandalay could be something. The Strat and downtown might require lots of businesses being bought off but an arena between downtown and Strat ??

@Uncleslammy @LasVegasLocally Ooooooo off the strip arena ? Interesting. They would surely have a tram or bridge connecting the strip to it. I like the idea of east side of the strip somewhere but north strip needs more love if not more on the far south end.

"Dead Bang" was released on this day in 1989. Enormously entertaining action-thriller (based on a case by real-life LASD homicide detective Jerry Beck) from director John Frankenheimer, and screenwriter Robert Foster. Highlights: Memorable supporting performances by William Forsythe and Bob Balaban; excellent stunts by coordinator Mic Rodgers; wonderful production design by the legendary Ken Adam. Don Johnson is fun to watch as a grizzled cop pushed past his limits, especially in a genuinely hilarious scene (still one of the hardest times I've ever laughed in a theater) with a suspect after a foot chase. Underrated and excellent.
