@milkyboy69420 This IS the plan. Use AR early against the weakest part of the schedule. When tough opponents like MINN, BUFF and DET come up, use Flacco to protect AR from scrutiny. After DET and weakass teams are back, AR back in to teach the bust how to play against practice quality teams.

I think the goal right now for Steichen and Co is: 1. AR has a “Performance Improvement Plan” with deadlines and the standard is very high. 2. Hope the plan is done and he “graduates” by week 12-13. 3. Comes in and WINS with lots of improvement in games colts “should win”
