@qntuv9999 @vanillaopinions South Loop is tough because Roosevelt station always has problems, and the Loop is in a downward spiral due to commercial office vacancies (preventing a nice corridor from River North-Loop-S. Loop from forming) If the Loop is revitalized, S. Loop will likely follow.
