@UPS_CH probably the worst delivery company I know. Long are the days when UPS was a reliable company. Parcel not delivered on day 1 because of delays in transit, without updating the recipient. I move my business schedule around, stay at home, expecting delivery on day 2 as per tracking site. Driver in and out in 20 seconds, without ringing the door bell. Super frustrating 15 minutes on the phone with the oxymoronic customer service and no way of getting the driver return. Only tomorrow. I wish people used other shipping companies. Awful service, just horrific.
