@padfootly u need setup CAINIAO app to consolidate the Taobao goods to your US CAINIAO warehouse. i think u cannot ship directly to US on Taobao, so u need to change Taobao delivery address using CAINIAO warehouse address. in CAINIAO is where u put your own delivery address.

@SmuttyCuppycake yeah one of my other friends was surprised it wouldn’t let me change to english. i tried switching to web for a bit and got blocked. went back to app and was translating with google screenshots since i didn’t get locked there. went back to web after i got unblocked 😂

@padfootly @pinkcrispss I’m just mad the app wouldn’t let me change the language. Everywhere online shows it’s supposed to allow it to be English but it only has Chinese as an option no matter what region you set it to. Contemplating trying again but I don’t neeeeed more things or money spending rn 😭
