Answering myself, this really does sound like some of the same stuff that kept Pivetta from signing a big deal. Here's hoping those issues don't rear their ugly head, and also that Tio Ruben can work his magic to get Lucas back to his peak self.

Those numbers are pretty dang good, and he pitched in a bunch of hitter-friendly parks. Why was it so tough for him to find a new home? Pivetta 2.0, we ride!
