@cenbank 3.How does one who managed to gather the funds to pay for his/her school fees through side jobs/family/friend and might have not been employed before get a TCC? We can do better in this country.

It is highly unfortunate that the @cenbank and Nigerian banking systems have made life difficult for its citizens and those in the diaspora. Students also have to suffer as a result of the rot and decadence the entire system has sunken into.

@cenbank 2.Why should an applicant who has been on the queue before this latest development be affected by this decision as this wasn’t the case when they initiated the application?

@cenbank These are issues that need to be addressed by the bank: 1.Why didn’t UBA formally inform the general public about the inclusion of TCC as a requirement for FORM A school fees payment?

@cenbank It is so bad that UBA doesn’t update the applicant's workflow notes on the TRMS portal until the day they are about to process their request as against the way other commercial banks operate. Their mode of operation needs to be overhauled and revised.
