Week 07-11.07.2025 (tariffs, BTC liq lvls, economic calendar) 🧵 Trump postpones tariffs again until AUG !! This is a sign that deals are not easy to make. Short term bullish, but medium-long term bearish ! So now Trump sends Tariffs letters to all countries with new tariff levels. Some changes are an additional 10% if you do business with BRICS countries. Vietnam 20% , 55% total for China, Japan 25%, Kazakhstan 25%, Laos 25%, Malesia 25%, South Africa 30%, South Korea 25% etc. So some of these are higher then liberation day, some are slightly lower, but nonetheless they are still very high ! Trump sees the markets at ATHs. and plays his "strong hand" again. The problem is that this play seems to not work very well and time is pretty limited until August. Also for macro data is impossible to read the actual market conditions with all this kicking the can down the road. We could of seen the new data by now, but Trump postponed until July, and now until Aug, so the impact of these is again pushed back by another month and it will take until OCT to come out. The markets could keep on going up until then but any news on these tariffs is going to impact it. Volatility is expected.🧵

I mean, I do not speak Chinese but whatever Trump thinks he is doing with this supposed reduction on the same tariffs he started, it is definitely not making China feel very good. He did get a pump on the markets which he used to pump his meme coin again, I will give him that. But as far as China-USA trade war, I believe 0 progress was made. Trump negotiates with himself, manipulating the market in the process while waiting on Xi’s call. Nothing more. This is not even close to ending and all this hype ia exaggerated. The crypto market, ETH and alts were supposed to bounce here, and liquidity is going into them just as I have told you a week ago. Now with everybody getting supper bullish over Trump’s BS, I am worried again. Delta for btc is massively in favor of longs, MM wants them.
