I am not a reverend. I am not a medical doctor. But one thing i can say for sure is if you are suffering from self lost, you are frustrated, nothing is going on for you, all that you need is FASTING Fasting is proven medically to have some health benefits. Fasting has got some spiritual benefits too. The medical benefits can be proven by science but the spiritual benefits can only be experienced when you do it. At a point in my life, I was fat. I got tired every morning. My feet hurt. I took drugs upon drugs to fix them but nothing changed. I chanced on a video that recommended fasting. Mind you, I had not done a half day fast before but I had to do this. That was the greatest challenge of my life! I challenged myself. I did the half day and then a day and the 2 days and the highest I did was 3 days, no water fast. What i experienced was unexplainable. All the things I complained about vanished. I got in shape too I don't know why I am sharing this but I feel this will touch and change someone. Whatever you are going through believe in God and yourself and everything will be fine Thank you
