As usual, Liberals are arsonists posing as firefighters. Below are direct excerpts of the Code of Virginia from § 24.2-304.04. Standards and criteria for congressional and state legislative districts: “5. Districts shall be drawn to preserve communities of interest. For purposes of this subdivision, a "community of interest" means a neighborhood or any geographically defined group of people living in an area who share similar social, cultural, and economic interests. A "community of interest" does not include a community based upon political affiliation or relationship with a political party, elected official, or candidate for office.” “7. Districts shall be composed of compact territory and shall be drawn employing one or more standard numerical measures of individual and average district compactness, both statewide and district by district.” “8. A map of districts shall not, when considered on a statewide basis, unduly favor or disfavor any political party.” All of this is still on the books, irrespective of any referendum to give the General Assembly the power to redraw districts. Nothing has eliminated this statutory law, and no bills have passed the General Assembly to repeal them. The referendum just changes who can draw the map, not what legal standards the map must satisfy. Does this look like a “compact” district to you? That preserves a “community of interest”? That doesn’t “unduly favor any political party”? Of course not. But none of this now matters because you guys spent the last dozen years stripping the law of its authoritative veneer and exposing to us that politics is entirely about raw power. You guys wanted a war of convictions where will to power trumped all existing written and unwritten norms. Fine, have it your way. But don’t bitch about the other side casting aside centuries of norms and traditions in turn to treat politics the same way.

Ron DeSantis just intentionally violated his state's Constitution, which explicitly prohibits partisan gerrymandering. These people do not care about the law—only power.

CONCLUSION: Miles Taylor put out a video walking through the site, shows you exactly how to enter your name and email, and calls it a "viral April Fools' joke to draw in support for an anti-Trump nonprofit." 4,000+ people took the bait. Their data landed in an unsecured database with death threats against the President. Two sites. One server. Zero security. Federal criminal exposure. The man who ran homeland security couldn't secure a sign-up form. Twice.

@CynicalPublius @ScotsFyre Never has the soft bigotry of low expectations been as loud as it is now. DEI has convinced minorities and women that they are useless based on their own merits. It's disgusting and demeaning.

This is such a disgusting lie, even from a publication so full of loathsome liars like "The Atlantic." The REALITY is as follows: ". . . they will be assessed solely on the basis of their abilities and without regard for gender, race, or politics." Filthy lying liars full of lying lies. THAT is "The Atlantic" in a nutshell.
The Atlantic@TheAtlantic

As the Pentagon purges some minorities and women from high-ranking positions, the message being sent to lower-ranking officers is that “they will be assessed on the basis of their gender, race, or politics, rather than their abilities,” @AdamSerwer writes: theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/04/…

BREAKING: Declass. State Dept emails reveal Soros operative Jeffrey Goldstein was briefing Eric Ciaramella about Soros and Ukraine around the same time Goldstein was corresponding w/ the Clinton campaign re smearing Trump as a Russian agent. Also in 2016, Ciaramella met w/ another Soros ally Ali Chalupa, who worked w/ Ukraine and the Clinton campaign to "'do a hit on Trump." A registered Democrat, Ciaramella later became the anonymous Trump impeachment "whistleblower"

@SenatorTimScott Senator Tim Scott, I mean this very respectfully: Can you give me one reason why anyone should donate to the NRSC when it is wasting tens of millions of dollars on unpopular Senate elections that are likely to lose & that $ could be better spent on elections like VA?

A key to understanding Leftists is the massive disparity between Leftist intent and Leftist outcomes. Big Chief Lizzie Warren and Pete Boot-edge-edge proudly killed the Spirit/JetBlue merger, with the stated intent of maintaining consumer choice and holding down the cost of airline tickets. As a direct result, now Spirit is dead, consumers have fewer choices, prices are higher than ever and ~14,000 people are without jobs. Leftists base their actions on intent, because intent feels good emotionally. Conservatives base their actions on outcomes, because outcomes are a logical basis for decision making. Logic > emotion. We are not the same.

A lot of dumb people don't know how this actually works in the real world. They think this is a TV show written by morons. "If I claim you were at such and such a place, on such and such a date, at such and such a time, where you COMMITTED A CRIME, **you have the fucking burden of proof, jack! NOT ME! I don't have to provide evidence of shit! YOU have to PROVE TO ME that you were NOT at such and such a place, on such and such a date, at that time, and that you DIDN'T plan a crime! Get busy, you loser!" It blew my mind that rational people even attempted to defend themselves against this bullshit. CANDACE 100% has the burden of proof for her allegations about Ft. Huachuca. Not Erika Kirk. Not Harpole. CANDACE. The person who advances the allegation bears the burden of proof. People who don't understand that or don't agree with it are either stupid or just trolling. If I say to you, "On such and such a day, at such and such a time, at such and such a place, DID YOU BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF YOUR WIFE?", what would your response to that be? Assuming you even felt you needed to respond to an insane statement. "No, I did not beat my wife on that day, at that time, at that place." You've already lost. You're playing the game with me. Watch what happens next: "Oh yeah? PROVE IT TO ME, ASSHOLE! You **prove** to me with EVIDENCE you didn't beat your wife at that time/place/date!" You attempt to reason with me. "Wait a minute. Why the fuck do **I** have the burden of proof here? You're the one saying I did this. What's YOUR proof?" And so what do I say next? "And there you have it. THIS MOTHERFUCKER IS SO SUSPICIOUS AND GUILTY HE CAN'T WON'T DO THE REASONABLE THING OF GIVING ME AN ALIBI. Look, just LOOK at that guilty face there!" If some lunatic wandered up to you on the street and babbled these accusations and demand you prove your innocence, you'd IMMEDIATELY see you are under no obligation to even engage that prick. You do not let them shift the burden of proof for onto you. You keep it squarely on them. And yet what unfolded for the past 7 months? This fucking chick literally played out the script I just wrote out up there on Erika Kirk and a whole lot of other people, and she fucking MONETIZED it. She threw around allegations and accusations like that Ft. Huachuca 'assassination planning meeting' and then DEMANDED that the people she accused of being there prove they weren't there doing what she claimed they were doing. And she spent months loudly chortling "Why aren't you defending yourself Erika?! Why are you silent? Where's your alibi? Where's your PROOF that what I'm accusing you of isn't true? That you didn't do it? Balls in your court, Erika! I'm waiting? Still no alibi? Why are not you meeting your BURDEN OF PROOF, ERIKA?!" It was always fucking ABSURD ON IT'S FUCKING FACE. And YOU fucking fell for it. You are a very dumb person. And you SHOULD feel bad about how dumb you are. Hopefully you learned something from a brutal lesson about WHERE THE FUCKING BURDEN OF PROOF ALWAYS WAS. On this evil witch below.
