I had a conversation with my girlfriend last night. She's an NHS nurse, working in the cancer department. She was looking over the file for an incoming patient and noticed an odd address. He was registered as living at a local hotel.... So she read further. The man has been in the country since LAST MONDAY. Reported bleeding out of his arsehole for around 2 weeks and has been pushed directly to the front of the queue for tests/treatment. You can break into our country illegally and less than a week later you have the red carpet rolled out for you, pushing actual British people further down the waiting list and putting their lives at risk. In what world is this ok and normal?

@Marshall_Lakes Why should Londoners have to put up with these mobs cluttering up their streets and causing their pubs to be shut for safety reasons (not that I frequent pubs)?

Thousands are coming to London on Saturday for Unite the Kingdom — likely the biggest march yet. And what’s the response? The Met shuts pubs across Westminster. An entire area of London effectively locked down because too many people might gather and speak freely. Ordinary businesses lose money. Ordinary people get treated like a problem. Funny how ‘freedom to protest’ only seems to apply when the government agrees with you.

Zack has never shown any reason to believe he would intentionally underpay tax. In fact he apologised and said he would happily pay anything he has under paid. Tice and Farage etc have repeatedly had offshore accounts and tax minimisation schemes. The media wants you to think they are the same. They are not.

@JohnBecher7 Just saying how will electing a Reform UK council in Wakefield stop the boats? Many said they voted Reform for that reason. Perhaps they've moved Wakefield to the south coast

I think a good number of Reform voters are follow the crowd types. They want to be part of something and feel like they are winning. It feels like the thing to do, it gives you an identity, a belonging at work and a tribe at a moment when a lot of people feel they lack both.

Are you about to say that oversaturation of the job market forcing them to follow another profession is acceptable? After spending as much as they have on their education?

Refrom won one borough, Havering, the most irrelevant and bigoted part of London. Meanwhile the Greens took 3 councils, all from nearly 0 seats before, and are the largest party in many more. So of course the BBC pitch both the same.

It just happens to also be true that most of the migrants are not white/are from specific cultures. That's not cause and effect. I wouldn't want illegal white people here either.

I've been thinking, what's the actual end goal for people to who vote Reform? Once they get rid of all the immigrants, will they offer up their sons and daughters to pick potatoes all day for minimum wage? Work in the takeaway shops? Slave away In Amazon distribution centres?

But the reason it's on pause is because there are major questions about the efficacy of it. I didn't say they're handing them out like sweets. It's about why it's even necessary?

You can’t transition before the age of 16 and even then you have to go through a lot of mental evaluation to make sure the trans person is fit for it. They’re not just handing out puberty blockers and letting children transition

If not, there's 100s of young British doctors complaining to the BMA that there's not enough jobs available to them. Hire some of those 👍🏻

@palka10925 @Jc62Matildamog But who is going to do the jobs when immigrants are told to leave? I was in a NHS hospital the other day and I didn't see a single white British nurse. They were all black, mainly African nurses. So how do you want to deal with that?
