Looking forward to this session!

We've helped 2,000+ AI products set up pricing at @dodopayments The #1 thing that separates the ones that scale from the ones that stall? Pricing. Not product. Not distribution. It's actually Pricing Market Fit. And the tricky part? There's no one-size-fits-all model. Usage-based works for some. Credits work for others. Outcome-based sounds great until you try to define "outcome." Most teams end up with a basic pricing model and iterate from there. I'm breaking down the practical frameworks for all of this at @saasboomi's @AIBoomi Annual '26. Speaking from experience helping 2,000+ AI products from across the globe figure out their pricing-market fit. Expect tons of pricing breakdowns in the session, no theory, just what's actually working. If you're building an AI product and pricing still feels fuzzy, this one's for you. Thanks @pallavn, @Rahul_J_Mathur, and @ayushagarwal for helping me on this session!

I've been in Bangalore for a year, after a decade in Singapore. The contrast has been enlightening. The state should privatise roads and infrastructure development. Let Roads Inc run as a business. Carve out Bangalore into sub economic zones. Provide state with a 25% service fee on every contract. Open up the ecosystem to infra startups in each economic zone. In the absence of that, ideal life is everyone working/studying at home or within a 1 min walk. It's a danger zone anywhere outside.

Call me crazy but, I’m on a mission to create a community of 100 founders in India by end of this year who lift weights & runs a few days a week. Will never compromise on sleep and family time. And takes pride in being a happy & satisfied entrepreneur. Nothing else matters.

When you hear stories like these come out everyday (and which probably is a very small % of actual corruption), you really start questioning - how will this country ever progress? Now, really believe that - if you're in the 18-35 years age bracket, have a good white collar job (which can be done from anywhere), and don't have family responsibilities "yet" that requires you to stay in India - MOVE OUT of India. ASAP! You'll get better infra, systems, opportunities, people etc. and won't have to see your tax money wasted on the lowest of the scums of earth; while being fed "patriotic" BS!

This is why 10Lakh applications come for every clerk and peon post in govt … Every single file needs to move by them Former clerk salary - Rs 15,000 Wealth - Rs 30 crore, 24 houses, 6 plots, 40 acres land, multiple vehicles 🙏 timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/hubballi/…

My hot take - the world is for the 1% and maybe for the top quartile depending on the state of your society. The bottom 50% *has* to be kept busy. Earlier they'd be shipped off to die in wars. Now they work bullshit jobs. Fodder for moloch one way or the other. If you don't keep them busy you get kavadiyas. Is it fair? Who knows? I don't make the rules.

@thebitmonk Doing that only. Doesn’t make it much better, honestly. Sometimes the opposite.

Visiting Sri Lanka. GDP per capita: A little more than India (despite their recent political upheavals) But somehow they got: - World-class roads - Clean streets without Swachh Bharat hashtags (even in the remotest parts) - Extremely well preserved historical buildings and many normal ones (now converted to restaurants and cafés and more) - No horn honking symphonies on road, and no angry drivers (despite traffic) - Food that tastes like love, not logistics; and not expensive - Beaches that are pristine - Coffee shops which will stand out in Europe as well - Hotels and airBnBs that feel like a steal - Colombo skyline and city that looks developed like any first world country, including casinos India could do this too. But then—who would we be angry at? We are made to believe “east or best, India is the best”, while actually living like slumlords in a slum!
