@Gavel_on_X Because it will stress you, isolate you, and expose every weakness you have. If you’re not ready to handle uncertainty daily, it will break you.

@Wesfairmont Love the vision. Early access with real users will shape it faster than anything. Build with them, not for them.

I’m genuinely so excited for this product once it’s running smoothly I’ll probably allow some founders to use it for free to test it out I hope to help facilitate growth especially with the tools we’re given there’s so much human potential I’m excited for the future and want to do my part to help

@anchoraadvisory Facts. Localization beats translation every time. Different market, different psychology

Most companies fail in new markets for one reason: They translate their pitch instead of rebuilding it. A great brand at home is a stranger abroad. Earn the market. Don't assume it.

@Jacob_Rhodes_ True, but model shifts can still break edge cases if you’re not careful with design

Everyone's wrapping claude in a nice UI and calling it a startup. The actual moat is in the workflow, the data, the distribution. The LLM is a commodity. You can swap it out tomorrow and nothing changes. If your whole product dies when Anthropic ships an update... you never had a product.

As a founder, What’s actually worse? 1. Spending 1 years building and failing OR 2. Never starting at all

@TTrimoreau Social proof. If 10k people showed up and nobody signed up, the offer didn’t feel trusted, not unclear.

@jimheskel The DM isn’t the sale Your content closed it weeks ago

Most think selling starts in the DM. It starts a couple of weeks earlier. 4 jobs your content does first: 1. Name their problem 2. Show how you think 3. Hand them an opinion 4. Show what changed for someone like them The DM is the receipt. The pre-sell is the work.

Half the battle in building something is trusting the product will matter, especially when traction is slow and the metrics look rough. The easiest path is to ship less, second-guess the roadmap, and wait for permission. Builders who believe the work compounds - with tools like SEOZilla or without - tend to be right.

Too tied from all of those founders/enterpreneurs that post about their SaaS, MRR, ARR, burn rate, fundraising etc NOTHING UNIQUE can we have someone in the space like «in 16 I was a drug dealer, in 18 I had my own webcam studio… after that I tried to be normal and finished University, worked for Consalting firm… but that life was boring as fuck and I started to build startups… and yep just made $100k profit in a month from my SaaS» FEELS LIKE WE FORGOT WHAT ENTREPRENEURIAL BLOOD REALLY MEANS

If your business feels chaotic, don't hire more people. Map your four constraints first: 1. Sales 2. Models 3. Systems 4. Marketing Every growing business has the same issue. They throw resources at the symptom, not the source. Find the one thing that's slowing everything else down. Fix that first. Everything else gets easier.
