@KurtSchlichter I spent 10 days in Paris a few years ago. It was an incredible experience. No issues whatsoever. Everyone was very friendly.

Flying home from a few days in Paris. A few thoughts… 1. I was in a pretty snooty area so I didn’t see a lot of the dysfunction you hear about. 2. The French people are absolutely lovely. I don’t know where they got their bad reputation, but they were uniformly wonderful. 3. Absolutely zero people gave me crap about Trump. They seem to like Americans. 4. Of course, much like cats, the French don’t respond to stimuli that we understand. So I may have entirely no understanding what they really think. 5. Contrary to popular belief, you can get a bad bottle of wine and a bad meal in Paris. But you can also get a really good one. I particularly enjoyed Alfred in the the 1st Arr. they asked me to review the restaurant on yelp and I said hey I’ve got 600,000 Twitter followers and they laughed and I said no really and showed them and they freaked out. They thought it was crazy. What a great evening.

@gotrice2024 @mcucolo57 I would have not even accepted the fridge. You have to see these three dent everytime you go to the fridge. That would be on my mind every time. Mindset > $500 - easy decision.

This ma ordered a new fridge for $1000 from Lowe’s. When it was delivered, the delivery men accidentally dented the right stainless steel panel on the door. The fridge still works great, but there are three unsightly dents. He reached out to Lowe’s and they took $500 off of the total price, so he ended up getting it for only $500. Would you have taken that deal and saved $500 or would you have taken the fridge back and had the give you a new one that was not damaged?

Geez my post about giving my neighbor a hand with her hot water tank blew up. Leaving soon to get the new tank but I wanted to let some of you know a few things. First I was a carpenter for many years. My father taught me everything I know about construction, trades. I do know what I am doing. I’m not an idiot. I don’t need to watch a YouTube video on doing whatever. Second I’m not asking for praise. If there’s one thing I like about X is reading the good things in life. I thought this was a good thing. Most of my neighbors are elderly. In the winter my son and I will clean the snow of their driveways. We help them clean up their leaves. When the power is out we check on them. It’s not about looking for a “medal “ it’s about doing the right thing.

For all those asking, I have not deliberately neglected posting Kai Trump’s outfit, but rather her top is somewhat undistinguished as many (many many) labels have an identical model this season. When I find clothing items, I gladly post them but some items are beyond my control. I am just a person like the rest of you. I don’t work for anyone in the fashion world, nor do I get paid for my posts. I do this strictly for fun. However, when I get a lot of unhinged replies as I have from the “Kai Fandom”, I truly question if I even want to post anything or anyone.
