I knew you would say this Val and was waiting for it to come. My point is very simple. If the annual budget of Gail's Gynae Dept is at present £100 and her anaesthetic dept is £100 and @NHSEngland have categorically told the commissioners that there is no extra money in the pot, Gail and her anaesthetic colleagues need to tell me what presently funded gynae and anaesthetic service I need to stop funding, in order to fund this extra £ burden out of that £100 plus £100 budget. Unlike Alladin, I just can't say Open Sesame for more money, money that I don't have in the first place!

@mrchrisjohn @Saramac7 It’s not broken, appointment times are not an exact science, some patients are more complex and take longer than others but you don’t know until they get in the room!

@Saramac7 Simply apologise before doing anything else - it takes the wind out of their sails And then help to fix the system that causes a doctor to be late I have people complaining all the time so I try and put myself in their position and look to see if I can improve

I’ve tried running the taps, I’ve tried boiling water, drain unblocker (multiple times) and bleach. Nothing works. It doesn’t smell all the time, it can go days or weeks being fine then all of a sudden I’m hit with the smell. Anyone got any ideas? (2/2)

Anyone good with home maintenance issues? I live in a middle floor flat and have a bathroom that I never use (because I also have an en-suite). The bath in this bathroom occasionally emits an awful sewage smell that fills the whole flat. (1/2)
