He's the one reported to have created the framework for recorded signals and how to use it to decipher schemes within the game. The investigation even touched on how Bill with the browns wanted to know how the other teams communicated .

All of the starters are +12 or above. Herro is one of the worst defensive players in the league who is also a streaky shooter.

@mdnate9 canes fan here and I didn't see it even after the ND win. All those other wins where we couldn't pass 30 points people chalked it up to shutting the offense down where I think they were just incapable of moving the ball.
