A fake Facebook profile was created using my name and photo. Shortly after, my real account — active since the early Facebook days — was permanently disabled. No human review. No working appeal. No working data download. My linked Instagram was suspended too. 1000s of posts, contacts and photos now gone. @Meta, this is broken.

@KiraOwori same problem. locked for no reason. 20 year account with 0 issues and my account perm disabled. and someone else created a fake account with my name and they are not getting kicked off.

I’m still locked out of my FB account :(( all of my pages and business stuff are connected to that, it sucks so much!! I don’t understand why I’d get locked out, Facebook won’t even tell me what community violation I did. I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary 😭

@Meta @MetaBusiness My Facebook account was disabled this morning and says I can’t request another review, but I never submitted an appeal. I had active Meta ads running, and my linked Instagram was suspended only because Facebook was disabled. I reset my password, but the account remains disabled. Download Your Information also loads blank, so I can’t access 20 years of photos, posts, messages, and business history. Can someone escalate this to account integrity/security review? I can verify ID, payment method, ad account ownership, and prior login history.

@facebook @Meta @instagram my personal account of over 25 years was hacked than a minute. My business that I've spent two years building on social media has been taken away. I've spent almost 6 hours trying to get it back and there's nothing I can do! Please help!!!
