But when you are presenting yourself as a future Chief Minister, public grievances cannot be dismissed or ignored. They must be received through a proper, respectful, and accountable system. A real leader should create a proper channel to receive public grievances. Have a team, a petition desk, an official email, district-level coordinators, and a transparent follow-up system. People should not be forced to stand outside your gate just to be heard. Leadership is not only about managing crowds. Leadership is about building systems so ordinary people can reach you with dignity. Chief Minister is not a cinema title. It is public responsibility. Win or lose, a shout out to both @mkstalin and @EPSTamilNadu for their tireless campaign and hard work put in over the last several months. One of them will lose and the other will win but both have given it their best efforts.
And for EPS it has been an almost solo herculean effort of keeping the party together, building alliances and ensuring that the AIADMK stays relevant. All in the midst of constantly being written off.
