Does the $100,000 H-1B fee apply if you are already in the U.S.? Not every H-1B petition requires the $100K fee. It generally applies to consular-processed petitions for individuals outside the U.S. Changes of status and extensions for those already inside the country should NOT be affected. Watch the video below for the full breakdown and why you must check the litigation status before filing. 👇 #H1BVisa #H1BFee #ImmigrationLawyer #PandevLaw

🚨 The biggest student visa overhaul in years takes effect on September 15, 2026, as DHS officially ends "Duration of Status" (D/S).  For decades, international students on F-1, J-1, and I visas enjoyed flexible stay periods. Under these new regulations, that flexibility is ending. Paired with a grace period cut from 60 days to 30, even a minor timing mistake could lead to status violations or multi-year re-entry bars. 🎥 Watch the full video for the full breakdown: f.mtr.cool/ouqgedttev #F1Visa #J1Visa #InternationalStudents #ImmigrationUpdate #PandevLaw

Could you go back to Permanent Resident status after renouncing U.S. Citizenship under the Dual Citizenship Ban?  As of now, the bill offers no pathway to maintain your residency if you give up your citizenship. That means starting the Green Card process over from scratch is the most likely outcome.  Watch the video below for the breakdown.👇 #DualCitizenshipBan #ImmigrationUpdate
