74 today they tell me in a reality in which there is no 'time' - only the illusion of it. That's the real scale of the perceptual conspiracy that controls human reality by controlling humanity's simulated SENSE of reality. But whatever they tell me my 'age' is - the work goes on to expose the deceit that programs expressions of Infinite Awareness to believe they are just Bill and Mary, mom and pop. We've come such a long way since I consciously began in 1990, but still a long way to go. '74' or not - I am more determined than ever in the knowledge that if we awaken from the illusion we awaken from the control of the crazies. THEIR power has been OUR power all along that we hand to them in the form of acquiescence. We've just been manipulated to forget, but ever more are starting to remember. That awakening must now enter overdrive if the house of cards - which acquiescence and naivety is holding together - is at last to come tumbling down. I’ll raise a glass to that today. It is my no-time infinite ‘birthday’ after all.

- More ai - More tech - More screens - More digital learning - More technology Meanwhile people more miserable than ever before, up to the point that many humans do not even want to have children anymore I am not against technology, personally i do stay up to date with tech & ai developments, but i do not work with them at an increasing rate nor apply them non-stop in my life since the real increase in my well-being would be negative If we don´t balance our technological development with more development of consciousness, humanity will destroy itself nor ever solve its profound existential suffering Therefor I truly believe that what we need as humanity is: - More focus on consciousness & awareness - Being closer to nature - Having real community & connection - Inner development - Connection with the source/truth/infinity/god/allah/mu/tao/absolute/brahman (whatever you want to call it) - Silence, quiet time, peace & rest

GO TO YOUR KITCHEN RIGHT NOW. LOOK AT YOUR SALT. If it is pure white, perfectly uniform, and pours smoothly out of a shaker, you are not eating salt. You are eating a chemical byproduct. Real salt from the earth or the sea is never pure white. It is pink, grey, or slightly brown. It clumps together because it naturally absorbs moisture. It contains over 80 trace minerals—magnesium, potassium, calcium—that your body requires to conduct electricity, hydrate cells, and maintain a heartbeat. They hid this from you. They took real salt, heated it to 1,200 degrees, stripped away every single mineral except sodium and chloride, and bleached it white. Then they added anti-caking agents like sodium aluminosilicate—a compound containing aluminum, a known neurotoxin. This is table salt. It is an industrial chemical. When you eat it, your body recognizes it as a poison. It pulls water from your cells to dilute the toxic sodium chloride, causing cellular dehydration, high blood pressure, and kidney strain. Then your doctor tells you that "salt causes high blood pressure" and puts you on a low-sodium diet. Salt does not cause high blood pressure. Bleached, mineral-stripped, chemical-laden industrial sodium chloride causes high blood pressure. Your body is an electrical machine. It runs on minerals. They removed the minerals, sold you the poison, and then sold you the medication to treat the symptoms. Throw the white salt away. ~ MedBedsTechnologyNews ✨🙌🏽💫

Before the era of synthetic fertilizers, the "Copper Cure" was a closely guarded secret of the soil. By letting water rest in copper vessels overnight, farmers were essentially "charging" their harvest. Copper is one of the most conductive elements on Earth; when it interacts with water, it releases trace ions that act as a natural stimulant for plant metabolism. Why it worked: • The Growth Spark: These copper ions act as bio-available micronutrients, boosting the plant's ability to process sunlight and nitrogen. This led to root systems that were 5x more efficient, resulting in those legendary "giant" harvests. • The Pest Shield: Copper is naturally antimicrobial. As the "copper-charged" water saturated the soil, it created a protective barrier that warded off fungus and soil-borne pests before they could ever reach the stem. In a world of high-tech solutions, sometimes the most powerful tools are the ones we left behind in the 1800s. ~ Ronnie Bugler ✨🙌🏽💫

During WWI & WWII, the US government encouraged every American to grow their own food. They called these Victory Gardens. The goal was to reduce pressure on public food supplies, boost morale, and promote self-sufficiency. It worked…with 20 million American households growing roughly eight million tons of food by 1944. After the wars, boomers decided home gardens were trashy and made neighborhoods look poor. Many HOAs have banned even backyard gardens and now fine you for growing food on your own property. Governments and corporations support this crackdown because they want your money and dependency. Now younger generations are bringing this ‘victory garden’ way of living back, again out of necessity…since many are struggling to afford groceries. Let’s normalize growing your own food. It’s not a rich or poor thing. It’s just common sense.

A New Way to Live Together What if the future of family living isn't about moving farther apart... but building closer together? Imagine a piece of land where everyone has their own home, their own space, and their own privacy -yet parents, siblings, kids, and loved ones are only a short walk away. No long drives for Sunday dinners. No worrying about aging parents living alone. No strangers raising your children while family lives miles away. This kind of family compound keeps not only memories close, but also wealth, land, and opportunities within the family. Shared gardens, shared meals, shared support... and a lifestyle built on connection instead of distance.

When to start inner development practices with children Someone asked this, and this is such an important issue i will answer this in this tweet. To emphasise, all my tweet are always meant to share info, nothing more. 1: all real masters i trained with warned me to never do energy practices/advanced meditation close to babies and children. Their energy centers are still developing and ´negative forces´ can hook onto them. One has to understand that once you start charging your own energy, certain forces try to suck that energy away: toxic people, entities, etc. That is why real meditation is so hard, it is a tough battle ploughing through all the attacks and challenges. I know this is a lot to take in or believe for many of you, but that is ok, read these books and you will understand: x.com/Tim_4444/statu… By all means keep your children away from ´toxic´ people once your intuition tells you something is off. Also do not allow strangers suddenly to touch your children, some people are weak and sick and want to literally leech of your child´s clean energy. Happy, decent, healthy people, no problem at all. 2: i would say only start after 16 years old, if your child shows and in it, and only the basics. no higher energy practices, no fasting, no dark room retreats etc. 18 if your child shows no interest 3: mental training, like mindfulness, can be taught at any age, but energy work & spiritual only after 16, or better even 18. 4: celibacy techniques, sexual recycling, all that kind of stuff, after 18 i would say 5: in my own home, i never allow any meditation, mental, or energetic practices of any kind. i always receive guests or disturbed people in my garden or outside first. I put protection in place in my house, using tensergetica techniques (check their website) and i clean my house daily using techniques from the book ´introduction into hermetics´ by franz bardon. I also clean my house afterwards with this: x.com/Tim_4444/statu… I know not a lot of people talk about this stuff, but once again, my tweets are always an invitation to look inside yourself and to new information, and i respect all other views and opinions

12 Rare Life Lessons By Japanese Monk: 1. The quieter you become, the more you hear what truly matters. 2. Chase nothing — what’s meant for you moves toward stillness. 3. A clear mind is stronger than a busy one. 4. Happiness is found in discipline, not desire. 5. The one who masters patience, masters life. 6. You suffer because you argue with what is. 7. The less you own, the lighter your heart becomes. 8. Anger is like hot coal — it burns only the hand that holds it. 9. Routine done with awareness becomes meditation. 10. True strength is being kind when it’s hardest. 11. The ego shouts, but wisdom whispers. 12. When you stop rushing, life starts revealing itself.

Preparation for death The exercise to prepare for death is one that i invented myself and practice regularly: Obviously we can all die at any moment, by accident, surprise, illness, stroke, or in time through old age, but since it is such a crucial transition point for the ¨I-identity¨ and consciousness, i practice this various times a week 1: lie down in a comfy spot: bed, couch, or outside in nature 2: become aware of your physical body, consciously inhabit your whole body 3: now go deeper and feel the energy in your body, that delicious tingling warm feeling (if you cannot do this, do the exercises in this book every day twice for 30 minutes a couple of weeks and you can feel it: cdn.preterhuman.net/texts/body_and…) 4: once you can feel the energy all over your body, a strong pressure will appear, surrender to this pressure, go even deeper, like a spiral down, until you barely feel your body and energy anymore. This takes many weeks of practise, so be patient and persistent 5: in time, you will feel a pressure at the top of your head, a light coming in. surrender to this light and allow it to flow in. This is the famous ¨light¨ so many people talk about that appears at the moment of death, in christianity called ¨the holy spirit¨ 6: completely surrender to this light. In time, after many months of practice, you can simply lie down, close your eyes, totally surrender, and time the darkness behind your eyes will become pure light 7: now utterly let go and allow the light & void to absorb you This is the perfect practice for death. On the moment of death this light appears, and if you can totally surrender to it, the cycle of re-incarnation will be broken and your life´s goal completed. On the moment of death, you have the last chance for enlightenment, and you can prepare for it like this Now this is not easy and requires practice and dedication. Obviously when real death comes, especially in tougher situations, it is very hard to suddenly do this. But practice leads to mastery. For more information on the states after death, read ¨the tibetan book of the death¨ or investigate the bardo states. Anyone doing the 7 points above can in time verify what i describe Good luck

James S. McDonnell, founder of McDonnell Douglas, started noticing something strange in his machines… Engineers called them: “Gremlins.” Moments where systems didn’t behave the way physics said they should. Subtle. Repeatable. Unexplainable. So he funded a lab at Princeton University: Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research To find out what was causing it. What they discovered: Humans could slightly influence machines… especially in heightened emotional states. Pilots. Surgeons. Engineers. Same pattern. The observer wasn’t separate from the system. Mind affects matter.

How to Lose 10kg Without Stepping Foot in a Gym 1. Walk 10,000 steps daily — this alone burns 400–500 calories. 2. Cut processed sugar completely for 30 days. 3. Eat protein at every meal — chicken, eggs, fish, legumes. 4. Sleep 8 hours — sleep deprivation triggers hunger hormones. 5. Do bodyweight training at home — 30 minutes, 4 times a week. 6. Stop snacking between meals — give your insulin a break. 7. Drink only water, black coffee, or green tea. 8. Eat your last meal at least 3 hours before bed. 9. Give it 12 weeks — slow and steady loss sticks, fast loss disappears.
