Estrategia de @Monica_Garcia_G es clara: aguantar COMO SEA, tratar de generar confusión con medias verdades y desprestigiar a los compañeros de una profesión a la que ya no pertenece.
Piensa que esto va de hacer que no pasa nada, negar lo que está pasando y de esperar a que nos cansemos. Error fatal.

En el nuevo Estatuto Marco no se reconoce ninguno de estos derechos básicos que seguimos sin tener:
– límites claros y efectivos de jornada,
– descansos obligatorios tras la guardia,
– eliminación real de las guardias de 24 h,
– retribución digna de las horas más penosas,
– protección frente al desgaste físico y mental acumulado.

🚨Doctors in Spain are striking.
Why? Because our working conditions are unsustainable
🔹 Our base salary is ~€1,300/month. The rest comes from on-calls or “continuity shifts”, meaning we only earn a decent wage by working excessive hours often exceeding 60-70h/week
🔹on-calls are 24h shifts, without rest, often several per month. These hours do not count for retirement
🔹 Many doctors leave the country, not because of lack of vocation, but because it is impossible to build a dignified and safe career under these conditions
🔹plus most of the research is done in your free time and for free
This is not just about doctors only it’s about patient safety and the future of healthcare in Spain
