For an app that is not free, I must say @paperlesspost is extremely annoying and has no priority for UX I suppose!! Wasted a lot of resources on it, not gonna use it again!!

@declan_durcan What you are describing sounds like it may be a third-party phishing attack that spoofed Paperless Post's email design. Would you be able to please forward the email to security@paperlesspost.com with "ATTN: PHISHING?" in the subject line so we can confirm legitimacy?
