Welcome home Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy! 🫶 The Artemis II astronauts have splashed down at 8:07pm ET (0007 UTC April 11), bringing their historic 10-day mission around the Moon to an end.

WELCOME HOME, INTEGRITY!!!! Over 695,000 miles. 10 days. One spacecraft. And memories to last lifetimes, supported by thousands on the ground who have poured their hearts and souls into ensuring mission success. Reid, Victor, Christina and Jeremy - we are so glad to have you back 🩶

No words can do these justice so I’m not even gonna try. Just remember that behind each of these photos is not a satellite, but a human being like you and me, physically pressing a shutter button.

BREAKING: ARTEMIS II IS GO FOR TRANS-LUNAR INJECTION! Mission Control Houston just confirmed to Orion Integrity, following a meeting of the Mission Management Team (MMT).

(HEADPHONE WARNING) Come take a seat inside the gates of Launch Complex 39B to watch & listen as SLS and her crew of four take to the skies, destined for the moon on the Artemis II mission. Lots to break down in the audio - from the HPU's chuffing away, the ROFI's popping, and the poor microphone taking the acoustic brunt of four RS-25 engines and a pair of five-segment solid rocket boosters. NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter captured this image of @fireflyspace's Blue Ghost Mission 1 lander on the Moon. The lander touched down on March 2 near a volcanic feature within Mare Crisium, with 10 NASA science and technology instruments onboard. lroc.asu.edu/images/1406

We have confirmation #BlueGhost stuck the landing! Firefly just became the first commercial company in history to achieve a fully successful Moon landing. This small step on the Moon represents a giant leap in commercial exploration.
