@magadh_updates They don't look like Assamese...
they are Biharis who migrated to Assam

This kind of EV charging infra is needed. Specially on expressways where people do long distance touring.
Expressways have enough space to do it.
What is stopping Tata from doing it considering they already have a subsidiary, Tata Power who can work on these kind of projects.

@Mohitpareek_22 @InvestorOfJAMMU There is no R&D to be done. The products exists. Just the greedy corporates looking at lack of short time high margins and choosing not to invest.
English

@InvestorOfJAMMU India need to invest heavily on improving the infrastructure for electric charging stations
Give inventives to companies to do R&D in this
English

India need Electric Vehicle adoption at a large scale. Our nation produce Electricity independently. So whatever we pay for electricity, it remains in India.
Petrol prices should be hiked significantly to force people buying Electric Cars and Bikes.
We can't donate lakhs of Crores to Saudi Arab, US and Russia for Crude Oil. Enough is enough.
Margin of Safety🇮🇳@InvestorOfJAMMU
Petrol price hiked by ₹3.04 per litre to ₹97.77 per litre in Delhi. It is still below Mumbai price of ₹103.5 per litre.

@kunalvg Anyone who stops freebies and go ahead with agri reforms will never win elections ever again.
English

India needs urgent reforms. Reset everything. Now or never.
> Push nuclear and solar at unprecedented pace.
> Cut freebies and run real welfare instead.
> Privatise everything that bleeds taxpayer money.
> Finish what was started with agriculture reforms.
Time to stop pretending we have time.
English

@BaluGorade Building charging infra is not hard at all. There is no R&D needed to be done. All components are available on the market. Just need to buy and install. The problem is short sighted Indian corporations are oy looking at the short term profit margins which are I guess abysmal.

@AarizRizvi Same old 1.5L NA engine. Honda needs to provide a 1.5L Turbo as an option.

Honda City 2nd facelift spotted ahead of 22nd May launch.
At first I thought it’s a Tigor with Honda badge! Looks nice though, quite an extensive facelift, they’ve changed the entire front profile!
I can see a huge touchscreen floating on the dashboard 👍
Tail lights get clear treatment? Notice the black car parked ahead.

EXCLUSIVE! Here's your first look at the refreshed Honda City for India ahead of the May 22 launch event.

@piyush_trades Yet I see consumption of luxuries rising like high end cars (>15L), properties > 1 cr, more and more foreign Vacations. How is this possible in such a bleak scenario?
English

Indians have now been entirely restricted from protecting their savings from inflation in every shape and form:
Invest in stock market - pay 20% tax & STT on top of it.
Invest in gold - pay 15% tariffs, 10% customs duty, & 5% AIDC tax.
Invest in real estate - pay 9% registry tax, then 12.5% capital gains tax when you sell.
Invest in crypto - pay 1% TDS then 30% tax, and govt still won’t even regulate it.
The average indian is now stranded because neither their salaries are rising, nor they can grow their savings.
Nobody’s coming to save you; instead now you’re also being restricted from saving yourself.

@EVZindabad Next time try checking for the mains switch, usually in a electrical box nearby (gloves recommended 😅). Also check the emergency off button.
Meanwhile go to BPCL site, click contact us and select the pump and select EV charger not working. Somebody from BPCL will revert.
English

None of the @BPCLimited chargers are online or functional...why is public money being wasted??

@volklub @JayPrashanth @theyawninchihua Customers are idiots to think so. BNCAP only tests cars that manufacturers send themselves. And obviously they send cars confident of scoring 5 stars.
English

BNCAP’s credibility is already ZERO among audience.
Even informed customer cancel it immediately saying that they trust only VW Skoda & Tata Mahindra. This is how on ground average customer thinks.
With no David Ward here anymore, and the overall credibility of other Indian managed systems (like FSSAI) is poor, BNCAP doesn’t inspire much confidence.
Sunderdeep - Volklub@volklub
Do you trust BNCAP ratings as an Indian Car Customer?
English

Here we go again.
Last week, ARAI said the reports on effects of ethanol can't be revealed.
Today, we have BNCAP telling @theyawninchihua that body structure stability (modifier data) of tested cars can't be revealed.
Isn't it ridiculous that the car buyer won't know if a BNCAP crash-tested car's body structure is stable or not, notwithstanding the 5 star rating.
In contrast, GNCAP, Euro NCAP etc, happily put out whether a tested car's body structure is stable (whether it's capable of further loading) or not.
Cases in point: Maruti Victoris and Dzire. Both rated stable by GNCAP but BNCAP doesn't specify!
If ENCAP and GNCAP can do it, why can't BNCAP?
You must also follow suit @bncapofficial. Shouldn't you be revealing more, rather than less?

@riteshmjn Unfortunately blue collar workers still have no respect for various reasons in India yet!
English

Within 5 years India will be short of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, drivers, nurses and care givers etc as they will migrate to high income countries.
High income countries are facing demographics collapse and Indian blue collar is the answer.
But don’t worry… we will be left with kids who have white collar degrees with no jobs in India and no requirements in high income countries.

Ritesh Jain@riteshmjn
Blue collar is the new white collar. Slide from my presentation to CFA society. Within next 3-5 years we will start having shortages of semiskilled blue collar workers.
English

@neha_laldas Interesting. Can a correlation be made between % of GC and amount of freebies announced during elections?
