Great ones have core values with the Company and Employees aligned. Core value = supporting your collegues. IMHO, they did appear to.

Sorry, but no one I've seen on Dodger Blue has anything like Jeff's appeal. It's like if the Tonight Show fired Jimmy Fallon. Without an A+ replacement.

@DodgerBlue1958 @JeffSpiegel The bottom line is the DodgerBlue1958 made the choice of a new sponsor at the cost of losing your host, Jeff Spiegel. Rationalize it how you wish, but "the walk the talk" was choosing money over loyalty. Sad choice as you lose subscribers with me being one.

Some personal news: This week marks my last with DodgerBlue/DodgerHeads. This wasn’t a decision I made—I’m truly bummed to step away—but a new sponsorship created a conflict with my full-time job, and unfortunately after proposing a few paths, things didn’t line up for me to stay

@DodgerBlue1958 Very disappointing losing Jeff. He was the main reason I watched and did superchats. The past two shows have been not the same quality without him. However, having this new sponsor has just screwed up.
