@JKPDCL @JKPDD In such scorching heat it becomes difficult to have a proper sleep without a power supply. While working throughout the day there are extreme power cuts and at night when people try to sleep there are more power cuts. We don't want such a smart City and smart meters.

@JKPDCL @JKPDD Your responsibility is not just revenue collection but to serve people with best services and uninterrupted power supply. If you want people to be responsible then you also need to become more responsible and set up an example for best public services.

I'm tired of Calling @JKPDD @JKPDCL @JPDCLofficial customer care and no one picks up the call. I have paid my electricity dues and I'm being told my bills are due. I don't know how exactly this electricity department is working.

Almost called for 20 minutes on the customer care number of @JKPDD @JKPDCL @JPDCLofficial no one answered the call. I would request hon'ble @manojsinha_ sir to look into this matter as no one answers the call.
