@parchisistar As I’ve previously said, this feature that claims to have a time limit has been there for months. It doesn’t go away. Therefore I’ve won numerous games without winning chests.

@parchisistar I would like to know why I’ve won over 50 games without getting chests anymore? I’ve been stuck on the same fusion dice for MONTHS.

@TokyoDiiva When you take your tokens to goal then you will move up this ladder and can get the chest. We understand that you might not be reaching crystal chest in this. We will try to rotate the difficultly and solve this problem. You should soon see a solution.

@parchisistar No. Hence why I’ve said I’ve missed out on plenty of chests for months. Also why does I say this is a timed reward but keeps resetting instead of going back to if I win I get a chest?
