Do I think Tiger Woods was selfish for getting behind the wheel while impaired? Yes, I do. It was reckless, irresponsible, and completely avoidable. When you have that level of money and access, there is absolutely no excuse for making that decision. At the same time, I am not blind to what he has been dealing with. Years of chronic pain and surgeries take a serious toll, and that part is genuinely hard to watch. I hope he gets the help he clearly needs and turns this around. I have loved Tiger since I was a little girl watching him with my dad, and those memories still mean a lot to me. But I am not going to sit here and dog pile on him like everyone else. I am not interested in tearing him down at his lowest. I want to see him get better, and I will always root for him to come back stronger.

By Turtleboy metrics (see: his defense of the criminal complaint he took out on Meredith O'Neil) this is a crime of the highest order and must be filed and prosecuted. I look forward to the Turtle coverage insisting Kelsey Fitzsimmons be convicted of wiretapping.

Very wise decision (refusing the urine test) by Tiger Woods. Without a urine sample, law enforcement can only speculate what was allegedly causing impairment. He may just dodge another DUI yet. We shall see.

#kelseyfitzsimmons received the incredible representation & #DueProcess all Americans are entitled to; Today she walks free & will prepare for her next battle in family court. Many other women who suffer from #dv , whether physically or emotionally, are not as fortunate. Kelsey’s case is an example how a woman doing the right thing in a toxic situation could end in a prison sentence within a system of corruption or unethical loyalty amongst police officers. Kelsey is free but our work to rid our country of the cancer plaguing our precious institutions has just begun. Congratulations Kelsey! Go get that baby!!!

In Florida, DUI with Property Damage is a 1 degree misdemeanor punishable by up to 364 days in jail. With Tiger Woods’ prior Reckless driving (reduced DUI), I think he will check himself into a rehab facility. Inpatient can be substituted for jail time come potential sentencing.
