@pariserj @CaseUrology @SocietyGURS @metrohealthCLE Yeah the full peritoneal pull through has been more challenging than just the peritoneal cap. It tends to fold the bladder in weird ways and distorts the anatomy more. Agree about needing to be creative with it Joe 👍🏽

I've been asked whether re-harvest of peritoneal flaps for revision is possible. In short - it is, but the re-harvested peritoneal flap is not nearly as healthy or mobile. In cases of larger flaps during original surgery there can be significant adhesions also. Tough cases 🚧⚠️😳

@kjdelay1 Chromic unless you want to minimize scar then monocryl. Less inflammatory. Also any running skin closure I like monocryl.

Eliminating unnecessary maneuvers is the first step to efficiency in surgery. The bipolar can be used to burn/cut dyed monofilament sutures. No need to pass in an instrument to cut or to use the needle driver to twist and break.
