DOJ SA PAGPAPATUPAD NG ICC ARREST WARRANT VS. SEN. BATO Nanindigan ang Department of Justice (DOJ) na maaaring isuko ng gobyerno sa International Criminal Court (ICC) si Sen. Bato dela Rosa kasunod ng arrest warrant laban sa senador. "Under RA 9851, we may surrender a suspected or arrested person in the Philippines to the appropriate international court or tribunal.
