@TCEmmaSavage Grace period wouldn't help then if you 'thought' you paid but actually didn't. The outcome of an appeal isn't always the news you hope for.

@TCEmmaSavage Hi, there is a grace period of parking on every site and also an appeals process if the charge was issued incorrectly, if you have emailed..

@Goody2shoesLm The case will not be re-opened you had 21 days to appeal to IAS and didn't. You can approach them if there are extenuating circumstances.
