Ken bought the Fresh Fruit out! 6-8000kcal consumer each day by the rowers. Their freeze dry packs contain 1000kcal ranging from korma to carbonara along side their day pack, with sweets, dried fruit and nuts. They have whey protein and electrolytes for drinks to cover on top!
