@Airtel_Presence Your “as soon as possible” is a few light years I assume. I truly wasn’t aware @Airtel_Presence to be this poorest. And can you explain why no one from the team even called me once to understand this better and get me atleast a satisfactory communication?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why does my Airtel Air Fiber drop out for 15–20 mins every hour? This makes no sense for a paid service, that’s useless for me. I raised a complaint & was told a technician would visit but no one showed up. Expected better. Please resolve ASAP.

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence You promised me yesterday to send a Technician for get my WIFI checked. It’s been 2+ weeks to and fro I’m just chatting with a dead team at Airtel? I mean what’s the issue? You don’t have a team? No technicians? No one even called me once to understand this.

@Airtel_Presence Pooorest, Worstest Service from Airtel. Bhai ab tak to me 20 Gharo ki Wifi ke issues solve kar ke aa gaya hota. Is this a Rocket Science? Or you don’t have a capable team who could check and troubleshoot simple WiFi issues? How much does it take to send someone for a quick check?
