τί ποτʹ οὖν ὁ ἄνθρωπος;

As a big no-showerer, my tips: 1. Most unhygienic stinky people actually have stinky clothes. Just make sure you change often 2. Yes there is a break in period while your skin adjusts. 3. Making sure no crevices stay damp is important to prevent smell. Let your armpits air out, don't wear a hat if your scalp sweats, etc. 4. Bidets. Bidet hard and often. 5. Mild abrasion to your skin with water is still good imo for loosening up dead skin and deep dirt. 6. Stress and diet does affect your smell. I smell noticeably worse when I'm stressed out. 7. Oil scraping is labor intensive but it's the best and cleanest my skin has ever felt in my life 8. It's not perfect. There's a little more baseline body smell than most (but still not out of distribution for normal shower-ers), but I've grown to like it and find it quite informative. It's weird now when I'm close to a person and can't smell their natural scent, it's just been replaced with a pleasant neutral soap scent. Feels uncanny and inhuman.

probably not the healthiest foot strike to have for a marathon oops
