@AbhilashaDonald @Jh_nursemidwif If mother is having pain in nipple, that occurs due to poor attachment and nipple suckling. Breastfeeding should be continued in opposite side breast. Hindmilk application and loose clothes will help to reduce pain in cracked or sore nipple

@khatoonkafia1 @Jh_nursemidwif At present LUCS is done under spinal anesthesia. There will be no adverse effect in breastfeeding. Within one hour of birth, breastfeeding must be initiated if mother and baby are not sick.
