anon i’m sorry but i am not entirely sure what u mean by this? if you’re referring to alters there are varying degrees of intensity in the traits that different alters have, but it’s not really “feeling like different people” it’s fragmentation of consciousness from dissociation

i just got a bunch sticky notes in different colors, intention being parts can leave info/reminders for eachother with color coding. like i’ll do colors for events to remember, tasks we need to complete, general reminders, specific notes, etc. i will update if this works well…

@grimsleyfcker we also make up roles/titles quite frequently cause sometimes it just fits someone better and helps to keep track of things

@grimsleyfcker we have a long list of common roles and stuff that we try to keep updated through simplyplural/pluralspace or whatever, we also put more specific roles/traits in bios, it’s kinda dependent on individual parts logging their own info though. example of a guy with a ton of shit

alright okay i know what i said but pluralspace is kind of alright. been working okay for me so far and functions somewhat similarly to simply plural so im fine with it i guess. hopefully its not totally evil or fucked idk

unfortunately i think im just giving up when simply plural goes down cause everything else looks kind of questionable and i don’t trust it with my data. i will be tracking alters with A Notebook and Bad Sketches the way the aeons intended
