A few days ago I watched Second Self, a hackathon project from YHack that used macOS Fast User Switching + VNC to let an AI work in a separate macOS user account without interrupting the main user. I thought it was a really clever idea. It got my friend @justondev and I thinking: what if this wasn't limited to macOS? What if it worked across macOS, Windows, and Linux? Instead of taking over your screen, your AI would have its own browser (and eventually its own workspace) to research, upload YouTube videos, book flights, fill forms, and handle repetitive tasks while you keep working. We're not building this as a startup (at least not right now 😄). We just think it's a fun and technically interesting project to explore. We'll be building it in public under Parvo.
