Aged parents were fasting for more than twelve hours hoping the agent would come. @Thyrocare only gets back with an apology and assurance this would be resolved but as expected from them now, nothing happens. (2)

In the past one month, had to reschedule tests with @Thyrocare for three times as every time no one came. In fact, once Thyrocare also called and confirmed the appointment still no one turned up to collect the samples. (1)
