Watching Jaguar commit brand suicide is like watching a slow train derailment. I can’t look away. I do product planning in the automotive industry. It’s my job to know drivers (not “users”) and define product strategies based on their wants and needs. I know for a fact whatever the hell this is, it does not reflect the people who buy Jaguars. How does a company get hijacked by marketers who are so disconnected from their customers? How did an entire company sit back and watch a rogue team of woke agency kids drive their iconic brand off a cliff? Why did no one stop them?

What happened Royal Mail? Package sent “1st Class Signed For” on Mon (Ascot to Newcastle) in sturdy box. Arrived Thurs soaked thru/flattened in a plastic bag!! Postman said “Sorry you will have to claim.” Claims process flawed and will not submit! Not good enough @RoyalMail !

@Tractive how do I locate a cat tracker that’s lost in the WiFi zone? I am not getting radar signal and cannot turn off the WiFi zone for the tracker to locate it with “live”

@motoringguruUK My music collection is pretty large on vinyl and CD. A lot of indie. This is just some. I do have Be Here Now somewhere probably in a CD drawer.

Seems like yesterday that I bought Be Here Now on release dats of 21/08/97. My hot new flatmate had just moved in. Our son turned 20 at the weekend.
