This was in March 2024. At the summit of his power, President Ruto did not listen to anyone. He took advice from no one. He was a man on a quest to become a political god. Two months later, in June 2024, protests happened and put a stop on the metamorphosis of Ruto from human to all powerful. Today, Ruto begs and pleads. Indeed, power submits to a higher power. The people remained supreme.

@Dr_AustinOmondi I think something happened on 2004 after Brigadier Ali was appointed police commissioner. The police became more trigger happy as the commissioner justified the use of lethal force on protestors.

When someone comes with hooligans to a funeral of your loved one it simply means he has no regard for your grief, pain and loss. He simply sees it as a golden opportunity to score cheap points while shedding crocodile tears. Only despicable characters and lowlifes stoop this low.
