I’m on the 23:18 KX to KL. currently not moving at Baldock Station. Noticed there are police on board but no announcements from the driver. What is going on?

@GNRailUK Normal as in delays, multiple cancellations, poor communication and even more engineering works which never seem to improve the service.

@GNRailUK I’ve been using Great Northern for the past 6 years and it’s truly one of the worst TOC in the country. On the pantograph issue, this just shows you are not routinely maintaining your fleet. You don’t just discover dozens of trains with the same fault.

Hi I’m on the delayed 12:45 KL to KX service. The train announcements are saying it terminates at Cambridge. What is going on?

@GNRailUK For the second evening the 21:48 KX to KL is cancelled and the 21:18 KX to Ely is also cancelled. This means the 22:48 KX to KL (if running?) will be packed solid yet again. What is going on with your service…..it’s absolutely dire???

@GNRailUK The 21:48 KX to KL service was cancelled due to a fault on the train. The 22:18 KX to Ely is cancelled for the same reason. Why are so many of your trains faulty?

@GNRailUK I can confirm it terminated at Cambridge. I was on the train and had to wait for a taxi to KL

@patMD1973 Hi there Patrick, we do apologise for the delays and cancellations cause to your journey. This is running to Ely now so you will need to change there and speak to station staff for a bus replacement bus service to King's Lynn. ^TT

@GNRailUK Hi , I’m still waiting to hear how I’m going to be able to get home to Kings Lynn this morning. What trains are running to Cambridge? Is there ticket acceptance with Greater Anglia. Will there be a shuttle service all day between Kings Lynn and Cambridge?

@GNRailUK Why is every single train between London Kings Cross and Kings Lynn cancelled? I’m travelling at 06:00 trying to get home to Kings Lynn.
