Just on hold for the last 45 minutes with @TheMDTA, and i get down to 2 minutes left. Now my wait is 43 minutes again. Why don't you just admit the systems are down? This is completely ridiculous.

Important update here: I left the chat window open from 5p yesterday *overnight* until now, and I'm still stalled at 4th in line. Back on hold with @TheMDTA.

So @TheMDTA sends EZpass tolls that get here yesterday. Mailed in December. From April. Already past due, meaning $188 in fines. Good news is their site kicks me off after waiting on chat for 200 slots. The silver lining? The phone system also kicks me off after an hour on hold.
