@GeorgeAnagli We won’t listen to. Banku is cheap compared to tea
English

@kofitonto @GeorgeAnagli Massa you don't need it. You have enough calories stored in your body. Force your body to shift metabolically to tap into that. Mu p3 carbo too much.
English

late night hunger is often your body signaling a real caloric deficit, not just habit.
suppressing it with tea, esp caffeinated ones, can disrupt cortisol levels, impair sleep quality & even trigger compensatory overeating the ff morning.
I believe total daily caloric intake matters far more than timing for most healthy adults. If you are genuinely hungry at night, a small portion of complex carbs including banku is not your enemy.
What matters is portion size, not the hour. In contrast, banku, eaten in large portions late at night with minimal activity before sleep, has excess carbs that can be stored as fat.
Banku is not entirely the problem. Ignoring your body's signals & replacing food with caffeine at bedtime, that's the problem.

@Chica_de_Rito @ghonetv You a fucking fool. Since when did milo become tea?🤦🏿♂️

If you're hungry at night, drink tea... - Pres. Mahama

@DannyA101 @patgrumpilot @PastorMarvy It’s not a fake page that published it’s an actual Ghanaian government official who made a statement with a Nigerian publication that’s been around 2 decades, yall fake pages are just irrational something you can google for yourself you won’t even investigate because of bias

500,000+ Ghanaians live in Nigeria. Infact, Nigeria houses the largest population of Ghanaian immigrants in the world. 1 in every 4 Ghanian living abroad lives is in Nigeria.
Ghana has to get its acts together first. Nigeria can’t be housing your largest immigrant population and be talking rubbish about “running to” Ghana.
YabaLeftOnline@yabaleftonline
We want Nigeria to do well so that they won’t come running to a small country like Ghana. Every day I wake up, I pray for Nigeria to get their act together - Ghanaian President John Mahama.
English

@patgrumpilot @DannyA101 @PastorMarvy Funny because the stats came from a Ghanaian institute from a Ghanaian in the Ghanaian government, if you could read at any basic above average level you would of learned that already but unfortunately that isn’t the case here
English

@askghmedia We Ghanaians eat human meat so I'm not surprised. We can literally eat anything, just the other a family was caught in Acrra eating poo and drinking urine
English

@Kwodwo2012 @SIKAOFFICIAL1 The mere fact you still had to politicize this, means you no get sense. These issues are prevalent in all the regions.

A significant health concern has been raised regarding the Mepe Agorkpoe and surrounding communities in the North Tongu District, where residents, particularly expectant mothers, are forced to travel long distances to access essential healthcare services.
A video has surfaced showing a 16 year old girl, in the midst of labor, walking for several minutes to reach the hospital in order to deliver her baby, highlighting the severe challenges faced by the community.

@patgrumpilot @DannyA101 @PastorMarvy If you have better statistics that’s supported by people in your government then present them if not go back in your fake page corner

@tech_twi Nkwasiasem! Why do we sue for defamation? Because of freedom of speech you think, you can go about spewing balderdash.

Simple breakdown:
All these people in the photo were jobless less than 2 years ago. They were going from place to place telling people that if they were employed, these are the things they would do for the country. LGBT was part of what they promised.
Now, someone in the country is trying to tell a story through a picture, suggesting that since they don’t want to fulfill their promise, it means they endorse and are part of it. But those same people, who were jobless just a few months ago, are now using the power given to them by the people to silence that speech, and now people are being arrested for the same thing they promised to do.
This is a perfect picture to look at.

English

@Dufflebag_Bo @DannyA101 @PastorMarvy You mean the ridiculous statistics that you churned out right.
English

@DannyA101 @PastorMarvy African migration statistics prove 500,000 Ghanaians live in Nigeria it’s 2 countries to the left instead of crossing the Atlantic Ocean but your brain didn’t even allow you to investigate the claim yourself to verify smh
English

@DannyA101 @PastorMarvy I won't trust any statistics coming from Nigeria.
English

@PastorMarvy There are less than 300,000 Ghanaians in the US, but somehow, you believe 500,000 Ghanaians decided to choose Nigeria over Ghana? You can't possibly be this naive
You understand that everything on the internet is accurate right? That figure was probably 5,000 which was infalated

🇬🇭 “If we sell sachet water for 50 pesewas after buying a bag for GH¢12, we make losses. Sometimes, when we sell at 70 pesewas, we do not get 30 pesewas change, which is why some vendors charge GH¢1,”
- A sachet water seller said, urging government intervention.
THE STATE NEWS@THESTATENEWSS
“I’m going to buy the water somewhere else, she said hers is 1 cedi for one.” — A student of Accra Technical University has lamented the recent increase in the price of Voltic sachet water by some vendors in front of the school, who now sell one sachet for 1 cedi. She argued that even if there should be an increase, it should be around 70 pesewas. However, vendors claim the price hike is due to their inability to accept 20 pesewa coins, leading them to round up the price to 1 cedi.
