Honored to announce that Erin Ridley has joined the @wearebayfc technical staff as an assistant coach for the 2026 @NWSL season. Erin joins Bay FC with over 20 years of coaching experience on her resume, most recently spending 7 seasons coaching with the @SJEarthquakes Academy.

In 2025, Erin also earned the highly prestigious French Football Federation Elite Formation Coaching License, and is the first ever American female to complete the course. Erin and Bay FC will kick off the 2026 NWSL season this Saturday, March 14th in San Jose.

She is the first ever female to have been a head coach within a @MLS Academy in the United States. Erin holds a US Soccer A License, and has also served as an assistant coach with both Men’s and Women’s @USYNT.

In addition to her work at the collegiate level, Jen holds a US Soccer A License and has also served as an assistant coach with the USYNT. Jen and Bay FC will kick off the 2026 NWSL season this Saturday, March 14th in San Jose.

Prior to Michigan, Jen spent four seasons as the associate head coach at USC from 2014-2017, including a historic season for the Trojans in 2016, finishing 19-4-2 overall and winning the NCAA National Championship at PayPal Park in San Jose.

Proud to announce that Jen Klein has joined the @wearebayfc technical staff as an assistant coach for the 2026 @NWSL season. Jen joins Bay FC after a highly successful collegiate coaching career, most recently spending eight seasons as head coach of @umichwsoccer.

Sergio returns for his 6th season with the club after helping to guide Racing to its best season ever in 2025, earning a first-ever @NWSL Playoff appearance and setting club records for most-ever wins (10), goals scored (35), and points earned (37).

Honored to announce that GK coach Sergio Gonzalez has signed a new, multi-year contract with @RacingLouFC.

Former SJSU men’s soccer players Angel Iniguez and Niklas Dossmann have signed contracts with MLS Next Pro sides Huntsville City FC and San Jose Earthquakes II respectively (via @path2prosoccer)

Excited to announce that 6’4” 🇳🇬 striker Nonso Adimabua has signed with the @SJEarthquakes for the 2026 MLS season. 
25 year-old Adimabua signs with the Quakes after a fantastic season in MLS Next Pro with The Town FC, scoring 13 goals and adding 6 assists in 28 matches in 2025.

Nonso is also a Path2Pro Combine alum, attending multiple events and earning Combine Best XI Honors in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

In 75 NCAA collegiate games played during his career, Nonso scored 15 goals and added 12 assists, earning United Soccer Coaches All-Far West Region honors in 2023, and All-Pac-12 honors in 2022 and 2023.

Happy to announce that coach Brody Sams has signed a contract extension with @GothamFC. Brody enters his 5th season with Gotham in 2026 after an incredibly successful 4 years, winning @NWSL Championships in 2023 and 2025 as well as the @ConcacafW Champions Cup title in 2025.
